SHIPPING

Chroma is a small company, and we work as fast as we can to get your things to you. We try to ship all orders within two-three workdays, and all orders will be shipped during the week days. Estimated delivery time is therefore 4-6 days in total. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the delievery services.

Please check your item as soon as possible when you receive it. Reach out shortly thereafter via email (no later than a week from the delievery) if something is not right.

PICK-UP IN COPENHAGEN

A few items are only available for pick-up in Copenhagen due to fragility. If this is not possible, please write us at info@chromaworld.com and we will try to work out a solution with you.

RETURNING / REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition. The customer pays for the shipping back to us.

Please write an email to info@chromaworld.online if you would like to return an item.

After receiving the item, we will check the condition, and let you know if this is acceptable or not. If acceptable, we will refund you within the following 30 days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Additional duties, taxes or any other charge you may have will not be refunded.

TAXES AND DUTIES - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes by your local customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise the exact amount on your order since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
