Chroma is a small company, and we work as fast as we can to get your things to you.We try to ship all orders within two-three workdays. Estimated delivery time is therefore 4-6 weekdays in total. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the delievery services.

All shipping in Denmark costs 50 DKK.

Please check your item as soon as possible when you receive it. Reach out shortly thereafter via email (no later than a week from the delievery) if something is not right.

We do not pack items in pretty ways. Most materials for the packaging are reused and this is more important to us than the experience of opening the box in itself. We hope for your understanding.

Please write an email if you would like to return an item. We have a 14-day return policy. You are accountable for safely returning the items and for covering shipping costs. If items show signs of usage, alteration or damage, the purchase will not be refunded.

If the item is in original condition, the purchase will be refunded to the credit card used for buying the item. This may take up to 10 business days due to banking systems.

For now, we only ship to all parts of Denmark. If you are interested in an item, and you live outside of Denmark, please write, and we will try to find a solution anyways.
